Q: When will my order ship? A: We hand-pack each order with care. Most orders are processed and dispatched from our New York facility within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your ritual is on its way.

Due to the rigorous purity standards of our botanicals and strict food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened. All sales are final.
